Eligibility
– Sellers must be 18+ and registered with Telangana State Animal Welfare Board.
– Buyers must be 18+ and provide accurate details.
Seller Duties
– Pets must be legal, healthy, 2+ months old.
– No wildlife, cattle for slaughter, or banned breeds.
– Must upload veterinary certificates.
Buyer Duties
– Must ensure safe care for pets.
– Cannot resell for illegal purposes
